I think I’ve learned some valuable lessons from this and will try a lot harder from now on to be more positive and a lot more considerate of what I say and do (which I should have done in the first place, but no changing the past, eh.)
Thank you for putting up with me.
it probably seems like i cry over stupid shit but tbh i usually end up crying because i’ve stored up all of my upset feelings from multiple things rather than express them and then the littlest thing sets me off like spilling my drink may not be that big of a deal but when i’ve stored up that many negative emotions it feels like i busted a hole in the hoover dam
so for some reason hershey’s thinks that golden apples would be great to sell as valentine’s candy
so i got one and wrote this on top:
and left it on a table in the studio
less than five minutes later people were fighting about it
my plan has thus far been a success
I love you
you do realize this is how the trojan war started right
this is definitely how the college au of the iliad starts
Wooden Cityscapes Sculpted by James McNabb
Like other miniature cityscapes we’ve featured in the past, The City Series depicts tiny skyscrapers made out of unusual materials. But that’s where the likeness to other exhibits ends. McNabb describes his artistic process as “sketching with a band saw.” Each element of the exhibit displays intricate building-like forms shaped from woods of different light and dark tones. McNabb says his initial intent was not to build skylines, but individual wooden pieces which resembled tools or other strangely familiar objects. After he built nearly 250 of them in a day he noticed that they began to resemble a miniature city, and from there The City Series was born.
I’ve discovered this awesome positivity blog in which the artist creates cute animal doodles that come with encouraging words to cheer you up and inspire you, no matter how sad you may feel. Every drawing is absolutely adorable, and the words are so touching. I’m grateful I stumbled upon this blog by chance. <3
Thank you so much! very happy you like my blog. I love seeing these compilations. It’s so nice to see which doodles people connect with the most.
